First you need to go to USA wrestling to buy a USA wrestling card Id. (Not required at all tournaments but is required at a lot of them.)
- Register at trackwrestling.com
- Click "Events" tab
- Click "Search Events"
- Search the city and state and you should be able to find the tournament
